Following are suggestions to enhance and control what your visitors are hearing at your open house:

1. Road Traffic: If your listing is near a high traffic road, select a time-frame for your open house that isn’t during rush hour.

2. Soft Music: Have some low, soft elevator music playing in the background. Something soothing and relaxing, but not too loud.

3. Noisy Distractions: The seller’s, their pets and children should not be present during your open house.
